Do you provide baby gear?
Our properties are completely baby-equipped. From pack-n-plays to strollers to plug covers, and if requested, safety gates. "WE Totally GET IT", moms! We have high chairs and baby monitors. Ask us for anything that will make your stay easier and more comfortable. Although we provide items for your use its your responsibility to verify the efficiency each time it's used.

Do I need traveler's insurance?
Traveler's insurance, in every sense, of the word is for those who are traveling somewhere and want to make certain that they get their money back if they need to cancel their trip due to death in the family, serious injury, or hazardous conditions due to storms in your area that are preventing you from flying or leaving your area. Please check with your traveler insurance experts for more information. If there is a situation that is beyond your control or the control of the homeowner, traveler's insurance is there to protect you and your trip. It is not our responsibility to make sure your trip is insured.

Do you rent less than a full weeks?
Yes, we will rent for less than a week except during the months of March and April. In fact, we will rent for as few as 3 nights. This property is not to be used for events or parties. Additional people other than those staying at the home are not allowed to gather at the property, and parties are strictly prohibited.

Is there a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board?
A washer/dryer and iron/ironing board are provided for your convenience.

What happens once I'm ready to book?
Once you're ready to book, everything moves quickly. Since other inquiries are coming in, we do not place holds on any properties without a rental agreement and commitment for deposit payment. So, just because it is available the day you view a property, that doesn't assure it's going to be available the next. Holidays and "high season" months get booked fairly quickly. Once you've clicked the link to electronically accept, and have signed and faxed us back your signed Agreement, we then start the process of securing your deposit.

How does payment work?
When you are booking a property, depending on how far in advance you are booking, 50% is due to confirm and lock in your dates. This does not include the security deposit which can be handled by credit card a week before you arrive. The last payment is due 45 days prior to your stay. Remember, if you are booking last minute than the payment is due in full.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept personal credit cards (MC and Visa), checks, cashier's checks, and bank transfers.

What does our security deposit cover?
A security deposit ensures us that you understand that you must leave the house in the same condition that you found it. We don't expect you to clean the house before you leave (you're on vacation!) but we do ask that before leaving you start the dishwasher, leave NO dirty dishes, and return any kitchen item/dishware, furniture, linens, etc., back to their original places if you have moved it. Missing or damaged household items due to misuse caused by you or your invitees will be deducted from your security deposit. If you leave our house in an exceptionally unclean or unsanitary condition we will deduct from your security deposit, also. It's always appreciated if you start a load of laundry when departing.

Is there daily maid service?
Just prior to your arrival the house will have been thoroughly cleaned. Unless you have an extended stay with us we do not provide daily or weekly maid service but we can arrange for it at an additional charge. Washers and dryers are available for your use.
